Customer service by owner is terrible. Had a foundation leak in slab of home and I had no clue of what to expect. While talking to owner of dixon plumbing on the phone and expressing my frustration, he rudely informed me I could get another plumber and hung up on me. I understand customers can be demanding but for an owner to be so rude and unprofessional is ridiculous. I will never use dixon plumbing again and advise others as well.
