I hired them to do some roof work and they never completed the job. Initially they had some supply chain issues so they were late in starting but they finally did come out and do most of the work, however, they did not finish. I paid them in full in August and have reached out to them several times for a date and time on when they were coming back. I got an answer initially but lately either it is VM or they tell me they are coming and they do not show up.
Whatever you do - do not pay them until the job is completed and you are satisfied or you will regret it.
