We had a very bad experience with David Taylor heating and cooling but after I left a negative review on Google David Taylor called me personally to make it right. He is a very nice man and it is definitely not he's fault that one of his employees tried to rip us off. He actually refunded all our money and gave us a free service call. I would definitely recommend them because David Taylor values his customers and his business enough to make it right which is more than I can say for some businesses!!! Thank you David Taylor for your kindness and caring about your customers!
