David Tinsley

Dave and his crew built a new Trex deck for us. Demolition and building took only about one month. His right-hand man, Fidel, did expert and precision work, with a final product that will last much longer than the house. :-) We were so thrilled with the result that we hired them to re-do our front walkway and porch. Prices were very fare; work was done neatly and on time. We are so happy we chose Dave Tinsley.

David and his crew were excellent they worked on our house remodel for my husband and I. The craftsmanship and overall process was seemless. I'd strongly recommend David if you're doing any major renovations.

David and his team are beyond fantastic! They did a wonderful job on our addition to our home. The work site was clean, well organized and delivered slightly ahead of schedule. If you're looking for high quality work David and his crew are worth working with. They also refinished our fence about a year ago and it still looks brand new.

What a difference! Our new bathroom looks fantastic and the work was completed in no time, which was important for us since we only have one full bath in our home. David Tinsley and his team were fantastic from the minute they knocked on my door. Extremely professional and beyond helpful. So glad we decided to go with Luxury Bath.

David and his crew were exceptional remodeling my bathroom. They did high end finishes and completed the project on time. David, is a customer service oriented construction manager and made sure the entire area was to his perfection prior to leaving the job everyday.

The negative reviews appear to be nothing more than hyperbole.

David Tinsley just finished resurfacing my very large concrete patio, that was cracked and worn, with a flagstone layer on the top. The work was excellent, his workmen were very meticulous and they cleaned up after themselves. We and our friends who have seen it describe it as "absolutely gorgeous." I am glad I had not read the three previous reviews or I would have missed out on getting this good job done. His primary workman on the job (the only one with whom I became acquainted) has been with him for years, which would not be the case if the workman had had negative experience with Tinsley. The negatives reported in the previous three reviews were not evident in this job.

Don't do any business with David tinsley he is a scam he ripped off all the vendors when he owned a pot club in downtown San Jose he gets there product on consignment and spends there money on his own personal needs. He continues to rip off his employees and scam his customers his new business name is roi construction he will smile in your face and stab you in the back.

WARNING - David Tinsley is a con artist. We hired him and paid him tens of thousands of dollars, and he lied & lied & lied before abandoning the job. His employees and contractors continue to come to our house asking if we know where David is so they can get paid money they are owed. Among other things, we've learned he is most likely guilty of disability fraud as well as warranty fraud with vendors. Do NOT do busienss with Mr. Tinsley.
