Do not let this man in your house! He will do the work he wants to do regardless of your agreement or wishes. In our home he did work we specifically asked him not to do, did other work we had not requested and left some jobs specified in his proposal incomplete. To be fair, he is not a bad workman; but, he left the installation of a front door incomplete and installed the wrong bathroom fixtures. He also destroyed the alarm sensors, disabling our security system. He promised to fix that, but never did. He demanded payment in full before the work was completed and disappeared without completing the job. He built over the only access to our HVAC, causing considerable trouble and expense. There is even more, but you get the idea.
