I own a property that PH ‘remodeled’ in SouthWest Atlanta. Every part of Wayne’s work had to be redone by another contractor. Electrical, mechanical, plumbing all failed to pass city inspection. His subs are a joke. Wayne pays little attention to quality control. It seemed he just hired anyone off the street and paid them next to nothing to throw my project together, while he collected checks. He is unorganized, untimely, and dishonest. PowerHouse builders cost me a great deal of money. Wayne will take your money and run. Do not hire this company.
