Top notch experience with Dave Willis.
Recently had need of a plumber for two specific jobs: 1) Change the rubber gasket on my garbage disposal 2) Replace the cartridge and handle on my old "mix-it" shower/bath faucet.
Dave was easy to contact, both an office number and cell number given to me.
He gave an estimate of how much time and what the costs would be.
He offered an appointment that worked perfectly for my schedule...this was not an emergency.
He arrived on time.
He had all the right tools and a few extra pieces that helped him perform the work.
He was polite, friendly, and tidy.
He completed the work slightly under the estimated time and for less than the original phone estimate.
