He forgot about the bid appointment and I had to call and remind him. He said he "spaced it off". He came one hour and twenty five minutes late. He bid a average price but could do the job immediately so I hired him. He did the work on time the day we agreed on and everything works great and looks up to code. He left a mess of sawdust and wood shavings and did not clean up after himself.
He did good work and was available right away so if you are willing to risk him being unreliable and possibly not cleaning up than hire him.
