    Everything from repair , paint. remodel

    I bought a 20 year old 3800 sq ft house that had been neglected for years as well as it had red and yellow paint through out . First off , let me say that David was so patient with me . I did not know what I wanted or what to do 1st. He guided me through the entire process with absolute honesty and full explanation for each repair and options I had . He offered a price for the lowest possible on paint on up to other options going up in price from all over one color to trim base board in contrasting color and more . He did an excellent job priming first so that those bold colors were fully covered. The bathroom to kitchen cabinets sanded and painted so amazingly they look brand new! He replaced the old vanity tops all the fixtures , all the toilets , new tile in bathrooms, including pulling out a tub to make a shower instead in a small bathroom with in my small budget with unexpected issues in plumbing he went out of his way to make the step up from the enclosure we could not use to tile possible . New carpet all new light fixtures and fans , not to mention He took care of exterior repairs , window sealing to replacing garage doors . I can’t not emphasize enough how having one person take care of all of this made my life easier . He is trustworthy and stands by his work . He beat the price of two other companies and I’m thrilled with the quality of work . I have more work to do and I will be hiring David Lopez for sure ! THANKS DAVID . I’ll update later with some before and after photos .
