We had our first house built by Davidson Homes and they were great do work with until your home is built and you sign the papers. After that anything wrong with our house that is covered by our warranty was never fixed because we could never get a hold of them again. Worse experience of my life and now I hate my first house ever. Thanks Daren for nothing!

Davidson is crap. It took 7 months to replace a shower door.
Day 1, we noticed the grsss was a mess. There waa fead grass next to green grass. I was told that it would grow together in a year. Day 2 of living there the front yard had to be dug up for a leak. Day 5, the tiles in the shower were so sharp that they cut my foot. Davidson stated that the seal was not covered in warranty. The paint started to peel from the metal surfaces outside. I was told that it would be fixed closer to the 1 year mark. Needless to say, they never fixed that.
BEWARE BEFORE YOU GIVE THEM YOUR BUSINESS!!!
