    A few reasons why I would not recommend Davie's Home Improvements, aka Davie Home Repair Service, are that Jim Davie did not complete the job and otherwise breached the contract; he misrepresented the completion time; he made substitutions without my prior knowledge or consent; he damaged my property; and he used my materials and supplies without permission.
