juan davila told us "the work will be done in 3 weeks",7 months later and we had to leave our apartment, it's unsafe for us, we are 2 seniors, we don't have any kitchen cabinets doors and shelves and drawers and hardware. boxes of dishes and pots all over the apartment.the wooden floor in a pile at the entrance of apartment,it's sad because our are is the safest area as far as the covid-19, lowest cases, we had to leave.he started work back in february 2020, the waiting the stress the aggravation, just unbearable, paid him $13,250.00, last heard from him, juan davila was scheduling his worker Roberto isai Martinez to install, we called Roberto isai Martinez,
Roberto isai Martinez told us: "he's out of Miami, we should call juan davila", juan davila is not answering phone calls nor text nor email.
people, please don't use him, he's a dishonest contractor.
DO NOT USE HIM.save yourselves the problems, This company does not deserve our business.the aggravation and stress and we are held as hostages,
still after paying we are without kitchen cabinets.

It’s been a year since we start with this company, after 9 months that we pay to start the permits, Juan never apply and I didn’t receive any notice until I have to appear on court for a violation.
Juan Davila is a master manipulator, he said he was in hospital for this months.
Juan have to apply for a different thing that’s we originally plan, with he ask me more money for it.
It’s been over a year, my inspection never be done, we agreed to pay half to start the work and the rest of the amount after the inspection, to receive the full amount he told that he said that I won’t have a final inspection. I went to the city and they told me the 2 of my 3 units never been ask for any permits, and I still need a final inspection.
Juan block me today for the last $400 that I owe him (after I paid him more than 7k for a simple work that should be done a year ago).
He constantly treated me during the work and said that he will cancel the permits soo his name won’t be on the permits anymore and I will have to hire someone else, he scream at me at my office because he could open a door, said that I have to finish pay him when I already had paid him more than half of his work, he make huge scene to the point the security of my business dont want allow him anymore on site.
Soon I will have lien because of it...he is not even answer it, he dosen't care about reputation, he don't care about his business.
