    Swing part
    $245

    Shawn from DaVinci Construction and Design was hired to make a swing part for my child with special needs. The first day he came out to measure for the job was July 31st, on that day he also tightened existing screws and said he would do it for free. He delayed this job for many reasons that included running late/ needing to reschedule, camping trip, he was busy, lost my phone number, needed to redo measurements, family got sick, needed to quarantine, and went out of town. In December said he had the part ready. On 12/16 Shawn quit the job. On 12/17 he sent over an invoice that included a charge for tightening the screws that he said he would do for free. He also wanted money for the part even though he didn't complete the job. We agreed to give him the money for the part if he dropped it off. Shawn wanted to be paid first before he dropped it off which was done. The part is not what we talked about and not complete, Shawn said I would need to drill more holes in it. I would not recommend Shawn or his company.

    We hired DaVinci Construction and Design to design and build our deck. Shawn and his team was very professional and easy to work with. My favorite thing was his communication abilities. We were never wondering what was happening that day for construction or the what the next steps were. He kept us well informed. The quality of work performed exceeded our expectations and the work was executed with integrity. Our deck is amazing! We will absolutely be recommending him to our friends as well as hiring him for future jobs.
