We paid Davis Plumbing $2,500, in advance, to convert our home to city water. It took them almost three months to show up to do the work when they told us the job would be done in four weeks. We called them several times, but they wouldn’t return our phone calls in a timely manner.
We also paid Davis Plumbing an extra $350 to install an irrigation line from the city box to our valve box. When we realized that never happen and called them, they came up with an excuse of they “only run 75 feet” – while the contract never stated any particular length to get that job completed. They would not budge and do the right thing when we asked them to finish the job we paid them to do.
My husband had to finish the job. The only other option was to pay another plumber, and we had already spent enough money. Extremely disappointed.
