My experience with this company has been nothing short of unprofessional. After Tyrone gets paid you will never ever get him back on the phone to return and fix a problem.
I paid a visit to the Clinton S.C. building code office because I was done with the constant voicemail full message and was advised he DOES NOT have a valid contractor license on file nor did he apply for a permit to work at my home after all his cover would have been blown. Word on the street I found out afterwards he sneaks around using his dad’s license that’s been retired years ago. I can’t speak for anyone else so please steer clear of the two brothers representing this family company. They are not qualified at all to do major construction projects & too greedy to admit the truth. Unless you want to have a mess that another company will have to fix. Again steer clear. -

These guys are very unprofessional!!!!!!The work they do is patch work or somewhat finger painting if I must say I definitely would not recommend these guys to anyone simply because they do not cover any areas they’re going to plaster and paint; they’re messy and do not cover areas they’re going to paint allowing paint to be everywhere even areas that didn’t need it. They got paint on my couch and floors and when I said something to them the guy told me to use water to get it up. I would not even waste my time giving these guys a half of a star simply because that would still be to nice so if you’re thinking about having these guys do work for you please read this review and do not let the thought cross your mind.....RUN THE OTHER WAY!!!!!!
I would like to wright a review of what I think of Davis Construction of Clinton, SC, and Grady Davis and his sons that work with him in 2022. When Grady Davis came out to bid the job, Grady told me he was both licensed and insured. Do not believe him. I found out there is no record listed with the state of South Carolina Board of Contractors. By far the sloppiest crew of workers I have ever seen. I had spackling on everything, even on the outside of the house. Whether panting, plastering, or caulking they never used drop cloths, even when I ask them to. If you are looking for a plumber Don’t let these guys even build you an outhouse. My spare bathroom had been hooked up to hot water only, both the hot and cold were hooked to hot, because they never checked anything after they installed it. The way I found out was when I flushed the toilet it was hot water coming out. No cold water in the sink, shower. Or the commode. Checking under the house we founded the cold caped off, they had never been hooked up, The main sewer line was leaking raw sewage onto the ground because they never checked it, The garbage disposal and the dish washer ware never even plugged in, the dish washer nor the disposal was never run. They would not use tape to keep the pant off of anything so it took me three months, three thousand dollars, to clean up after them and to correct their mistake’s. After receiving a unsigned copy of the contract I ask several time for a signed copy, but never received one. They professed to be Christians but they took advantage of this 83-year-old man. Now they won’t come around, answer my phone calls, or text. My mistake, I felt sorry for them and gave them their final pay check on the promise they would come back and fix everything.
