I called Davis Sanitation Systems and was able to speak to the owner as well as a very nice lady, informing her that I needed my septic tank pumped. After listening to my situation, they offered to come out.
After coming out and pumping out the septic tank, the business owner offered helpful suggestions on renting or buying plumbing equipment machines from home depot or other hardware stores. He also gave useful advice as to what is safe and not safe to put into the septic tank.
We were so happy with the service we called them out again a week later and had them install 2 clean outs for our aging septic tank; just in case we need to get the drain line unclogged in the future. The price for both the pumping and installing the cleans outs were reasonable.
I felt very satisfied with this company, and appreciate there honesty, and professional advise and feedback.
When I need a professional, I'll be using Davis Sanitation Systems again.
