Horrible experience. Brand new house, we got a lot of rain shortly after buying the house and the roof leaked in 4 places, damaging the ceiling and walls. The builder is one guy who does everything himself, if he knows how to do it properly or not. He patched the roof in two spots with a tube of silicon, then told me there was only one spot that leaked. I have since had professional roofers out who told me the roof was done improperly in the first place, and was due to be re-coated, but the builder hoped he would get past the warranty before would have to fix it. The water system burns the pump out if the tank goes dry for any reason. The worst part was when he did come out to work on anything, it was 8:00 at night, and he talked nonstop, and wouldn't leave until after midnight. I would not recommend buying anything Chris built.
