They did a horrible job on the flashing around the chimney which led to leaks resulting in our garage ceiling collapsing. $1800 to repair the roof and $6,000+ to repair the damage in the garage. Further inspection of the rest of the roof revealed more problems. We are now having to have another roofer come in to assess just how much of the roof will have to be re-shingled, Hopefully it won't be the whole house. Every house in my neighborhood had new roofs put on their houses at the same time to a bad hail storm. I am the only one who went with Dawson Roofing, and I am the only one having to pay to get my roof repaired just 5 years later. They don't / didn't stand behind their work, and they did not even honor a guarantee of 5 years.
