    Daybreak was great to work with. We had an extremely complicated house with multiple changes along the way and Daybreak fulfilled all of our requests. Among the items that we changed, or were custom were our geothermal heat-pump system, rear entry doors, flooring, elevator, cabinetry, pool, and hardware to name a few. Frank is excellent to work with. Thanks to Ray, Mike, Becca, and Frank for helping to make our dream home come true especially with all of the changes. One thing for sure is they will work tirelessly to allow you to change your home along the way without nickle and diming for the changes. This is worth more than one could imagine, especially for those of us that don't fully know what they want when construction begins.

    Build a custom home

    My wife and I recently built a home with Daybreak in Weston Lakes. We were so impressed with the whole team at Daybreak. Mike and Ray (the owners) were very professional and understanding of our needs all the way through the process. We really enjoyed working with Frank (VP of Construction). Since we have moved in they have been excellent at responding to three minor warranty issues. We could not be happier! Thanks Daybreak for making the whole process enjoyable and delivering a beautifully built home!

    Build custom home

    We have had the absolute worst experience with Daybreak as far as completing our custom home. I wont even get into the quality aspect of things. Our original completion date was mid December 2018. We knew this was aggressive and actually figured it would probably be more like end of January 2019. Long story short, it is now Nov 2019 and our house is still not finished. The last finish date given to us August 14 so we scheduled movers as we were tired of living in our temporary house arrangement for the past 5 months. We moved in August 19th with 27 open items they were yet to be finished. As I type this on Nov 6 2019 there are still 20 items to be finished. After I finally called them on the carpet in early July in front of the Developer of Fulbrook I was told we were the cause for 3 months of the delay because of changes we made along the way and sometimes taking a week to get them an answer on questions they had. Strange we had never been told this prior to me involving the Developer. But give them that and our house still should have been completed in March of 2019. I would say completion will be sometime in 2020 given the pace of work to date. If you are looking for a high end custom home builder choose anyone but Daybreak Custom Homes.
