- Building permit records show that Daylight Concepts LLC has worked on 127 permitted projects.
Cannot get the inside the house cover off to clean out bugs entering the tube, the tube was made up of two parts versus one solid tube. The service charge would be waived if a part was bad but not to get a cover off, the only way to find out is for the repairman to come out. The tube was patched twice before and at NO charge but now there's a charge. If buying from this company be sure to emphasize you get "one solid tube".
The cover is obviously designed poorly if it cannot be removed easily, and the ants entering the skylight are due to poor installation of the skylight requiring patching. NOTE: Twice before I called for the same reason of ants entering the skylight tube and a repairman sent it at no charge, now it's $125. I believe if a solid tube was originally installed I (we) would NOT be having this problem.
