    May 2016, I purchased a newly constructed town house in S. Philly. Building permits for new construction applied for and granted to Design Builders, Pres/Partner Anthony Valenti, who was the general contractor for this 15 home planned community that was hired by builder/developer 1729 Moyamensing Assoc, LLC (1729). Valenti also owns & operates DB Construction Management LLC (DB). During 2015, while my home was still under construction, I contracted and paid DB Construction Management $22,000+ to complete certain items to my new house listed above. Valenti never completed some of the items listed int he contract. He ignored my request to settle the matter without legal action. Therefore in May 2018, I finally filed a law suit against DB/Valenti for breach of that contract, and won. As of the date of this writing, he refuses to pay the judgment. I would not recommend Anthony J. Valenti or any of his many companies to do any type of construction work. Valenti makes many promises he never keeps, is unreliable and has a bad temper.
