We bought a DB home and worked with Ramiz in 2013. I've had 4 homes built for me and I've never had a better experience than I did with Ramiz. Good guy, honest and always followed through on his promises. Months after we moved, he still helped us with issues that weren't his responsibility - I highly recommend him. John T.

My wife and I just completed a custom home with Ramiz of DB Homes, and we had a fantastic experience. We interviewed a half dozen contractors before deciding on Ramiz, and never regretted our decision.
Our house with lot cost about $700K. We felt that we got exceptional value. Ramiz and his brothers did some of the work themselves, which saved us money. Their work was always top notch. Ramiz was on the construction site almost every day, making sure things were done right.
Ramiz was scrupulously honest. He charged appropriately for major changes, but did not nickel-and-dime us.
Ramiz was very responsive. He typically responded to e-mails and texts within the hour. He took all our concerns seriously and made sure that we were satisfied. He did not hesitate to demand that subcontractors redo work if it was not done right.
Ramiz was completely reliable. If he said he would meet us at a certain time, he would be there. If he said he would do something, he would do it. This made the building process much less stressful.
Ramiz built us a great home at a great price. We appreciated his attention to detail, honesty, responsiveness, and reliability, and we give him our highest recommendations.
