I contracted DB Millworks to make the cabinets for my kitchen remodel job. After nine months, the job remains unfinished. Some of the delays are attributed to COVID related delays. But for the last two to three months, the delay in finishing up is totally unwarranted, unprofessional, and frankly irresponsible and no excuse was given except that they were "busy" with other jobs. The worst part is that I had a very tough time getting any responses to emails or phone messages especially in the last four months.
