Lack of communication, tried getting out of thousands of dollars of work after already being paid. Would not recommended. & very poor quality or work an what has been done.

Stay away from them hired them to install a manufactured home and they came in +$20,000 over their estimate for a flat price of land. Charged me for things that I paid out of pocket for namely the septic design and prec holes. I understand pricing jumped during Covid but an extra 2k for concert. Left the completed job side with the utilities hole exposed and a large mound of dirt in the front yard and sticks/roots everywhere. I called Dave asking if this is how they complete a job and he had his guys fill in The hole and spread the dirt but the site was still a mess. I loaded my 12’ utility trailer full and still couldn’t get all the debris they left. His estimate is deceptive as he didn’t include known charges like delivery and setup fees or drywall or the cost to transport the house cat to place our home.
