I contacted them as they're the ones my HOA is connected with. Idk how they found these shithole of a business. The guy Andy came out on time, but my building requires them to contact us using the callbox and then we can buzz them in. He instead chose to call me directly and repeatedly claimed that the callbox wouldn't work. (Other service people make this claim so he's not unique in that. Every time I try the callbox myself after they leave, I have zero issues.) I agreed to come down to let him in. I came downstairs and no one was there. I waited 8 minutes then went back upstairs. No one was upstairs. He literally just DISAPPEARED. I called asking for another technician to come out because this guy just totally flaked. Then they kept saying that he had left but was back there so I just needed to once again go downstairs to bring him up. I finally relented after they insisted he was downstairs and wouldn't leave.
He quickly serviced my air handler, explained everything, complained that the problem had been going on in the building for a long time and were trying to get my HOA to agree to have them install a filter system that would fix the issue. He said if I have the same problem, contact them again.
Here it is less than 2 months later and I'm having the same issue. I contacted them again and he said to text the number to get scheduled. I did so, no response. I e-mailed to follow up, no response. I don't recommend wasting your time with these unprofessional nincompoops.
