To Whom It May Concern:
Please let us know where can we get help if we are helpless! Please get our contructor Mr Yao to finished the job of the handicaft bathroom addition.... The contract was signed Feb.16, 2012. After six months; It passed the final inspection. But mulch found around bathroom area..... Plugs had no electricity, telephone line don't work, water pools all over, running out to bedroom instead of drains.... Windows was so dirty, holes all over walls, pipes sticking out walls with no wall cover, bathroom tile walls are uneven, bathroom sink no overflow protection, forget to paint the door, all outside windows moldings are missing, Patio floor builds water pools when raining, mor cleaning with water, outside building lots of area needs paint, broken bricks around flower beds during construction, promise to reinstall or repair is not done. Stucco between join areas has big gaps needed to be fix; lock missing in patio door(agreed to put locks same as old one) etc. etc.
Mr. Yao promise to come several times. Ended up no show.
Please help out the handicaft. Mr Yao's promise was 4 months. Now six months has passed, can we claim some compensation for all this inconvenience?
