DC plumbing dug the sewer line at my neighbors next door. Now I see that they ran the backhoe into my wooden fence (from the back alley) and breaking holes in it, removing one of the boards completely and there is a pile of dirt/clay that where they dug a hole and filled it with cement, they decided to dump the dirt/clay into my back yard over my fence. And they wont return my call after leaving several messages.
