My husband and I bought a house that was pretty much a gut job. We needed to get in move-in ready in short period of time. This entailed knocking down existing walls and rebuilding the layout as we pictured, including relocating doorways and creating a walk-in closet in the master bedroom. Ed and his team not only did the "dirty" work, but he helped us visualize and design the space so it the layout would be the most functional and aesthetically pleasing. His creativity and attention to detail is evident in the unique archway he suggested that leads between the master bedroom and office. Ed also custom designed our door frames, which our guests frequently compliment us on. I really appreciated the novelty he brought to the table. He and his crew were always prompt and professional. They got the house ready to move in prior to our already short deadline. They also did a great clean up job, which was such a relief (I didn't even have to vacuum)! Once my husband and I start more projects on our fixer-upper, we will absolutely be calling Ed and DCI again!

Ed and his guys did a wonderful job renovating my condo. They were prompt, timely, considerate and reasonable. Unlike others in the south Florida area, they completed my condo reno on time. I have and will continue to recommend DCI Concepts to others.

Working with Ed and his team was seamless. I have worked with a few contractors before and it was nothing but headaches, hidden charges, and waiting around for the job to get done. Right from when I described what I wanted for my new bathroom, DCI was professional, very responsive, and gave me a fair price. Ed even exposed me to a number of tile and vanity designs I was unaware of, that really took our guest bathroom to the next level.

We started using DCI in 2010 to build an addition onto our restaurant/bar on Fort Lauderdale Beach. We dealt directly with the owner. Ed was highly efficient, knowledgeable and worked with us from start to finish. His phone was always on and he was able to keep the project under budget too. We were very happy with how the renovation came out. We've used DCI on several other properties including another renovation of our other restaurant in Oakland Park. We now use DCI for all our construction needs.
