what a horrible experience, the only thing he did with craft was take down the old deck. He is by far the worst, never worked more than 4 hrs, never cleaned up after working and used subpar materials......with a signed contract, he wanted all his money before completing the job, with a sad gut feeling we said no and he left the job unfinished and about 15 problems.

We contracted with Cary Dan Chiles at DCI for a deck, We found out that he did not pull a permit. The workmanship failed multiple times with county inspection and was never repaired or completed (after receiving $31,000.00 in funds). Part of the deck collapsed resulting in an injury. A court found him guilty but for a year he has made no restitution. We are having to take him back to court.
