I would never recommend them. They are very unprofessional, I had to call them constantly to know if they were going to come or not, and if they were, at what time. I hated having to do that, but I wanted them to finish the project I had hired them to do, (specially since I had paid them what they had asked for). I hired them to replace 6 windows; they only replaced 5 out of 6. The reason why they didn't finish the job was because the 6th window was a special order and they ordered the wrong size. I never saw them measure it, I guess she measured it visually, that's why they ordered the wrong size. It took them several days to get those 5 windows replaced, during a month period. The reason why they kept coming back and forth to my house was because they would come between 2pm to 4pm and expect to leave at 5pm or 6pm. One of the windows that they replaced even cracked (I'm assuming because they forced it into my house) and when I cleaned the windows, I realized one of the other windows came with a stained glass. When I called her to see when she would come to finish, Martha said she would ask her daughter Cynthia to check their schedule and she would let me know, she never did.
