Mr Plummer received a 6k deposit for a demolition job and then was unreachable for weeks. Finally after weeks of not returning calls, Mr Plummer neglected to proceed with the project causing L&I to cite code violations. when I asked for the deposit back or even partial deposit
Mr Plummer claimed he wasn’t giving $&@! Back. We unfortunately couldn’t recover from the lost our property. Dd fox construction are very unprofessional. Mr Plummer is a contractor scammer. Mr Plummer business practices are nefarious as it gets. -
September 23, 2019Demo, obtain permits$6,500
Absolutely terrible and incompetent. Hired Donald Plummer July 10, 2019 to obtain a demo permit. Paid him $3,500 deposit to obtain architect plans, structural cert and demo permit from City of Philadelphia. Called to follow up a month later because I received no word as to the status. Finally answered and was yelling like a mad man. Two months later contacted License and Inspections with the City of Philadelphia. The City shows nothing on file, not an application, nothing at all. Now, I have to chase him to have him return my money.

Terrible, unprofessional and unreliable. Donald Plummer obtained a deposit from me on July 10, 2019 of $3.5k for a demo permit. I called a month later to follow up, did not answer the phone. Called him, text him, zero response. Finally get a hold of him 9 weeks later, says he's busy with another job. In the meantime, I am stuck with L&I giving me violations and to date I'm out of pocket the money. Save yourself the aggravation and the stress. Do not use DD Fox Construction.

The foundation underpinning he did was done fraudulently and I had to fix it.
He kept a $5000 deposit for the next phase of the work. He even stiffed a subcontractor out of $3000 that I gave him money for. Absolute scum.
