    Can I give ddb a zero?? Wanted 1/2 the estimate down not planning on starting for 6 months. After the time frame could not reach them. After that were issues with architect he hired and zoning was never checked into by them. Finally started 10 months after initial payment..showed up 3 -4 hours some days or not at all. Always more money needed for this or that. Had building inspector out to document lots of shoddy work. I fired them , found a GOOD contractor to rip down everything they did and had to start from scratch. I lost 32k plus . Don't ever hire these guys ..not dependable and very poor workmanship.

    I made an appointment for chimney installation. Dan made this appointment for 7am so he could stop by on the way to work. I got up early and he never showed. I texted him and he never replied. a week later he texts me very apologetic for missing oir appointment. well shame on me for giving this guy another shot. he set the appointment for after work. so that said he should be here around dinner time. well, he didn't show up again. if this guy can't even keep his word about making an appointment... TWICE, or at least communicate if something happened, how can I trust him to do a professional job, let alone show up for the job in the first place.

    Contractor repointed the entire side of my brick home. Was getting lots of water in, also had some loose bricks. Contractor waterproofed wall and it is now completely sealed. very professional fast and efficient work. Very personable.
