Donald and I set up an appointment 3 weeks out. When I contacted him to confirm his appointment 3 days in advance, he confirmed it and we exchanged several emails describing the project. Since it was late in the morning, I had to take time off work to show him the location.
What I did't notice was that he sent a cancellation message late at night (at 11:06pm). A frustrating experience. -

They were very professional, they did exactly what we wanted from the start an completion dates, color schematics and just plain friendly. Excellent staff, very professional. Highly recommended.
