I live in Glendale and Payson Arizona. I am the owner of DDR Construction LLC. I am a lisenced contractor with the ROC, bonded and insured. I have my CR-2 in excavation and my CR-57 in wrecking demolition
I do in-side demolition for homes as well as outside demolition and removal (driveways,stumps,sheds and all the stuff you want gone) I also do excavation work from digging a trench,grading,spreading stone or what ever your needs are.     Remove existing tile flooring - whole house

    I recently purchase a home and hired Bryan to remove the existing tile flooring through out the house. Bryan and crew we prompt on the job and came ready to work. They did an outstanding job of covering cabinets,removing the old tile and cleanup. The floor installers were very please with the work and said there was no extra prep required to install the new flooring.

    ****** I hired Bryan/DDR construction to remove a large shed. I called 5 demolition companies and got quotes back from 3. Bryan was 40% cheaper than the highest bid. He got me scheduled within a few days. Because of the shed location, it required being demolished and removed by hand. He showed up on time, removed the shed and cleaned up the location, leaving it in great condition. There was no renegotiating the price once he got here. Actually has his own ROC and doesn't work under someone else. His work was timely, high quality and he and his worker were friendly and made sure I was happy with the job before they left. You want an ace without any BS, DDR is the company for you.
