Our experience with this company gets the highest possible rating. The initial meeting we were provided with the exact samples we were interested in. We went ahead with the purchase and even set the date for installation. Between the time we ordered and the install date, cancer visited our family. My husband had to start radiation on September 17 and our install date was the day before. The product wasn't there on the day we booked. But the owner of the company located the product and came and did the install himself. I told him if we didn't do it on September 16, we would have to wait a month or more. It was completed the day before cancer treatment started thanks to this awesome company. We highly recommend DE Floor Coverings for their outstanding customer service and High quality completed project. Everyone who has seen our new improved floor is impressed with how totally beautiful it looks and how it complements our condo.
