Everyone needs to know that BOB GOODE who is a partner with John Demaria will broker your Landscaping project to another Landscape company (now we know its Barron Landscaping of Escondido) and NOT DISCLOSE it to you. This company is deceitful. Despite giving them $61,500, they also will not provide you with partial payment waivers signed by subcontractors that they hired to work on your property. They will give you an estimate of the project without a landscape plan and vague details of the work to be performed, then when it comes time to price out the final design and pay for the work performed, they refuse to do it and charge you whatever the made up costs were to begin with. Would not recommend.
