He stole my friends' cabinet drawers and held them hostage for $4000!!! after they'd already paid him for the entire job. On top of the $350,000 (350%!!!) he went over budget - seriously. The project went from $100K to $450K AND he left without paying over $150,000 to the subcontractors, which my friends had to pay so they'd still own their condo. Never ever ever ever work with this privileged, spoiled a-hole. CSLB should revoke his license immediately and he should be in jail. If I could rate 0 stars I would.
