I ask Dean Shultz Heating Air to check my heat pump before the year was up as wires were showing and Dean said it was fine. I asked a different heat place unit and they said it did not sound ok. Also I do not recall him telling me I had to fill out paper work to get the 10 year warranty so when I called the warranty place they said I had only a 5 year warranty since I did not fill out the paper work. I'm not trying to get any one in trouble but I was not happy with him at all!!!!
