Me and my team personally do anywhere from 75-100% of the work in-house. I use a very small sub-contractor database. That's important to a lot of homeowners. You know who is coming to your house on a daily basis. I provide expert quality at an affordable price with an excellent relationship with my clients. That's why I have homeowners call back year after year for all there project needs. I don't go into an opportunity with the client to be a one time customer, I go into an opportunity to be a lifetime provider and friend.     Deaton's Construction was absolutely the BEST! As with all construction projects, weather can cause some delays but David kept me informed and I felt he was building the garage as if he were building it for himself. Every detail was just as planned and when things took extra time he made sure I was aware. he kept the work area clean and cleared at the end of each day. He and his crew were awesome. I will hire him again for any project I have.

    Basement Remodel project

    I had Deaton's Construction renovate an outdated den into a bedroom-den and complete a rough-in bath into a handicap accessible bathroom with roll-in shower, toilet and sink for a wheelchair bound person (me).
    These guys did a beautiful, quality job. I never imagined how great it could look. This will greatly enhance my quality of life.
    I highly recommend David and his guys. They couldn't have been better about keeping costs down and communicating everything to be done.
    I really appreciate working with honest people like David. I will absolutely contact him for future projects.

    Contractor who is professional and on the job

    David and his guys just finished a 2nd floor renovation for me that took about four weeks, and they did a fantastic job. They started with a roughed in attic and turned it into a beautiful living space with a walk in closet and tiled bathroom. I really appreciate the fact that David and team do most of the work themselves; the only parts they subcontracted out were the heat pump, insulation, and carpet laying. David was on the job every single day, and I was amazed by how they cleaned up after themselves daily and were very considerate about the animals, getting to know them so they wouldn't be nervous. David is honest, professional, flexible about client preferences, and really takes pride in his work. I hesitate to rave about him too much because I have a few other projects I want him to do, and I don't want him to get so sought after that he's not available, but if you're considering a job, you really should at least meet with him for his ideas and an estimate.

    Deaton's Construction is a wonderful company. They did a great job on my addition to my home. The owner (David) is truly one of a kind. He respected the needs of what I wanted, not what he wanted to sell me. They are a very dependable company. The craftmenship is unbelievable. I would highly recomend them.
