  Why didn't DECKER QUALITY CONSTRUCTION, LLC respond to this complain? I certainly do not want to go through such horrible ordeal with a bad builder.

  "We hired this contractor to build a custom home, the first few months went well but after that his subs became sloppy leaving my property trash (which I'm still finding things a year and a half later that didn't make it to the giant dumpster we paid for). We were also informed of a $9000.00 mistake that The contractor made in the framing of the house, the subs had no respect for property standing on counter, tops not using drop cloths, leaving stains on the cabinets and in the stained concrete floors. It took them almost a year to even get close to finishing the house. When confronted about time it was a standard answer of 2 more weeks. We finaly gave up waiting on the contractor to wrap up loose ends like final cleaning of the house and small things that we finished on our own. Then came the one year warranty, at first things seemed ok but after the first few call backs for cracking drywall, leaking plumbing, frozen water lines, improperly wired appliances. all within the first 6 months of living in the house we became " to picky" wither the contractor actually stating in an email that "we were to picky and no one would ever make us happy". I am now stuck with a house that has cracking drywall, nails popping out in every room, and water damage in my spare bathroom"

  CJ's company did work on our shop apt in Centerton, and did an amazing job, Efficient, good quality and priced right. Showed up on time. Couldn't be happpier

  Build a custom home

  Not as hot as the name sounds
