By Mike S.March 14, 2018outbuildings, driveway, and all else need to complete homestead for a maufactured home.Response from Deckit Construction March 14, 2018I signed a contract with Mike and Kathy to build them a farm. i missed the mark and it cost me 15000 over the contract my fault. Driveway 375'x10'. basement with a concrete floor to recieve house which they bought the cheap one needed 2900 dollars worth of steel beams that i did not charge them for my fault. A garage with a concrete floor 16' garage door and opener with electric, lights and gutters. Horse barn with stalls hydrant and electric. Run in shed half way back in pasture. Water well. Electrical service from the road 200' with transformer and poles. Complete Septic system installed 160' leach field and 2 1000 gallon tanks. Rough grade. Electic outlet and hydrant in the pasture for horse water and winter heater to keep water thawed. all utilities hooked up to house water, electric and sewer. gutters on the house also. 2 miles of electric fence splitting property into 2 pastures. The contract was finished minus some odds and ends when i went to tallk to cathy about the final draw and let her know i was broke she began screaming at me its not her problem i under bid the job. so they would not release the final draw 10500 dollars and made more demands not on the contract i agreed to them to try and get the rest of the money they released 5250 dollars half of the final draw i went back to the farm and leveled out the barn floor which now had 4 horses and all the tack in it Kathy was outside i tried to reason with her and she again started screaming at me so i left i did not feel comfortable being there after the first time she did this. They where still holding 5250 dollars of the contract. The Scialabbas moved into the house a month before the occupancy permit was issued and i had to listen to Kathy crying how hard it was to not have running water and a flushing toilet many times.I even let them know when the inspector was coming so Kathy who was there all day every day could disappear when the inspector came to inspect and make it look not lived in. The basement was full of their belongings which had to be worked around for hookup of water sewer and electric. And the bucket they where using as a toilet had to be moved several times to complete the work disgusting to say the least. They have bad mouthed me and my company everywhere they can. Thier story has changed many times and as for the work not on the contract that they demanded judging by the review they left on google has been completed and im sure they put some of that money back in their pocket i will upload pics of the completed farm from start to finish on this profile to prove the work was done. I have many witnesses who will confirm everything that is here. They have alsoturned me into the bbb and the attorney generals office who have dismissed the case after hearing my side of the story and told me if Mike and Kathy want to pursue it further will have to take it to a magistrate

Hired to complete farmstead after purchase of manufactured home. He never completed the contract. Said he was broke. Gave him a draw payment from the bank so that he had money continue. STILL didn't do the work, but kept the money. Has a million excuses, most of which are lies. Closing on home was 2/23/2017. Didn't get in until August. We are STILL fighting to get the draw payment back. It is now 3/14/2018. Doesn't matter what's in writing, Fusco makes his own rules. RUN THE OTHER WAY!!!!!!!!!! BBB revoked his accredation because of this complaint. After seeing the response, just want to clarify again that he's lying. Nothing was dismissed. See the BBB to prove it. They all encouraged me to go to the Magistrate. We are still unsure do to his instability.
