Stay away from this contractor. In putting in a simple attic access he cut the truss and continued on without a word to us. Luckily I had a home inspection scheduled and he called it out as one of the most basic carpentry rules, never cut a truss. I had to hire an engineer and this contractor would not pay the cost of the engineer and in fact wanted his final payment for the work. Anyone who thinks they do home maintenance like this should do homeowners everywhere a favor and not practice on their homes. If he had stood up and confessed a mistake and paid for the contractor, I would not be writing this, now I have to take him to small claims court. STAY AWAY from this young business.

Jeff is so very knowledgable in all phases of construction, that it made our decision to hire Jeff, quite easy! We deemed our deck unsafe, so my husband and I searched for several quotes to replace our deck. Many contractors had not even responded.
