Erich is a passionate and skillful advocate for the reuse of building materials - and he and his crew executed our job beautifully: on budget, on time, with great care to maximize the utility and value of everything they were able to preserve and - when all the work was finished, the demolition site was pristine. We are so happy we chose to "deconstruct" and provide for reuse, rather than have everything taken away in dumpsters bound for landfills.

Excellent service, communication, and high quality work. They deconstruct old buildings (ours was an antique hay barn that was falling down) and save the wood. Great win-win approach to prevent waste. We could re-use the lumber or donate it to a nonprofit (Deconstruction Works organizes this). They were punctual and stayed in constant contact. Highly recommend.

Erich, and his A-One team of Hanna and Ian did the most incredible job of removing salvageable materials from a very old and rotting building on my property. They are meticulous, professional in every way, hugely and easily communicative, and they CARE! They choose to recycle and resell so much of what would otherwise be left to rot in a landfill. They do their customers and this earth a huge service. I wish they had been in business when i first started my renovations forty years ago. I will absolutely and unconditionally hire them for all relevant future projects.
