Decor Builders did such an amazing job for me on my ADU project in Morgan Hill, CA. Amazing work, above and beyond support, and detailed craftsmanship in their work. I am so so happy with the finished ADU and beautiful patio. Tal and his team are wonderful to work with. Decor Builders is just fantastic!

My wife and I hired Decor to make some additions and modifications to our home. They were very professional through out the process and worked with us to complete our project. They even took care of the few issues during the build and post completion. I would highly recommend their service for your next project and will be the first to consider for our next.

Every renovation project has some unexpected challenges, and ours was no different due to extenuating circumstances. But the difference was how well the Decor team managed the project through the difficulties.

One example was the discovery that our roof needed to be replaced. Not something we were aware of and not something that was part of the original project. We have nearly 100 year old Spanish terracotta tiles. The rains were coming, and we needed a fix quick.

Decor put us in touch with a contractor of theirs that came out the next day and replaced the damage before rain could ruin the work being done by Decor.

This close collaboration between Decor and other reputable contractors gave us confidence that Decor was invested in our whole project's success, not just their portion.

We made the decision to stay in the home during the renovation of the back half with a new bathroom and adding to our back bedrooms to give us a bit more space.

This allowed us to watch the work up close and see the quality and commitment each crew made as they worked closely together.

We love our new changes and are grateful that a normally stressful experience was reduced by the professionalism of the Decor Team.

We did an entire exterior remodel with Guy and his team at Decor Builders and are very pleased with the results -- it turned out exactly as designed. Each aspect of the build was done with skill and attention to detail -- wood siding repair, new Ipe siding, paint, new gate and fence, downspouts, chimneys, stacked stone, windows and custom garage doors. And Guy remained engaged with the project, accessible and responsive throughout.

We had a wonderful experience with Caivon and Decor Builders! Caivon communicated with us throughout the entire process. The estimate was clear, they completed all the work within the time frame they gave us and everyone was was so professional and polite!! We highly recommend them!

We hired Decor Builders (contractor) after posting a backyard covered-patio project on an on-line bid solicitation site. Our primary contact was Guy Kramarski, one of the Decor Builders owners. Guy is always pleasant, has a smile on his face, and wants to please, and is flexible.

The project turned out to be longer, more difficult, and more costly than expected. Some of the causes for these issues were out of the contractor's control like Covid and the City of San Jose's available staffing to review and permit the plans.

Other issues arose because the contractor typically wants to work with complete plans (e.g. down to specifics such as, location of new electrical outlets, etc). We had hired an architect and structural engineer for the planning process, but their plans did not have sufficient detail which required more interactions with them and further delays.

The contractor hired Brajan Construction (sub) to complete much of the work. They did an excellent job. Brajan also preferred to have more complete plans and would have preferred the details to be there from the beginning, as well.

The job is complete. The finished product exceeds our expectations and the quality of the work is superb. Comments from those who have seen it are: "beautiful; high-end; quality and top notch."

Decor Builders were amazing to work with! Thorough, thoughtful, and made the entire process stress free. You can see their professionalism from the first moment.

They were able to provide great advice on how to think through which changes should be prioritized and which changes can be kept for later based on priorities, permit timeline, and budget. They were also able to quickly adjust multiple times as the plans changed.

Did a first floor reno that also included a new kitchen. This also included new flooring, new backsplash, new paint, new walls, new electrical, new hvac (condenser, duct work, heat pump, air handler, and multi-zone). Fast and quick. Good quality builds and workmanship.

We recently built our custom home with Decor Builders team and I have to say it was quite an adventure.
Where do I start? Building your own custom home can be very complicated and hard unless you have the right guidance. I’ll start with the fact that Tal and Guy that were managing our project did absolutely great job they got so personal with us and seems like they care as much as they’re building their own home, we actually became very good friends while working together.
The design team, the construction crew, the organization, the attention to details, the patience and the professionalism made our project process Smoother than we could ever imagined.
I can only say this is not our first rodeo and we definitely experienced the best service That was expressed by high workmanship and timelines.
Decor Builders delivered what they had promised and went above and beyond our expectations, we actually finished the project 28 days before the contract deadline.

It was a pleasure working with Tal in my recent house remodel: the renovation of two bathrooms, installation of new floors and painting of the entire house. The result looks beautiful, and the project itself went very smoothly.
Tal was involved in the process end to end, from the initial phase helping me weigh decide between several design options. He was then very helpful in the choice of materials, and how they worked in the design I chose. When the project started, it was very clear what to expect in terms of timeline and next steps.
The project itself came out even better than expected, the tiles and fixtures for the bathroom blended perfectly together not only from a design perspective, but also the execution was very detailed and impeccable.

Process went very well.
The challenging part was staying home during construction mostly due to my husband’s poor health.

Had a great experience remodeling my kitchen and bathroom with Decor builders. Very seamless experience from start to finish and it was awesome to have someone manage all the small and large pieces of a project. I just had to provide finished materials and they even help out with design, which is not my area of expertise. They help create a vision for you when you can't see the vision yourself.

We just finished working with Tal and his team on a bathroom remodel, and could not be more pleased with both the finished project and the overall experience. I hired Decor Builders to extend my house and renovate my Kitchen, from the beginning I knew I choose right, they gave me great ideas, we removed 2 walls(load baring), and completely refaced the kitchen after adding sqft and created the best open spaces I could ever asked.
We replaced the entire 1st floor flooring, painted the entire house and they also helped me repipe my old plumbing system.
Guy and Tal were always on top from the planing stage, architecture, engineering, getting city approval(I didn’t know it’s so hard to get) and all the way to the construction phase.

Decor Builders installed a bathroom vanity for us. The job was smaller than other contractors would consider, but was too involved (removing the old pedestal sink, changing plumbing for two sinks instead of one, closing up the wall, painting, installing two light fixtures, hanging a large mirror, moving a towel rack, hooking up the faucets) for our regular handyman. Guy was able to fit our small job in because they had another job in the area. Everyone who came to our home was professional and friendly. Some issues arose during the project (apparently the existing plumbing was a bit of a mess) and they were able to handle everything while finishing the job on time and for the cost we had already agreed on. I'm not sure how we would have taken care of this without Decor Builders.

Decor Builders have done an awesome job on my kitchen renovation. They were on time, quick and gave me a very fair price. I would recommend to family and friends. Our kitchen is now looking awesome, Decor builder delivers us more than our expectations. Well done guys and will surely use them again in the future!

My parents has a property in Mountain View, CA for over 20 years and they decided its time for the house to be updated(hasn’t been remodeled for 30 years).
They gave me the task to find a contractor and I started to look for contractors and scheduled a week of interviews.
After I interview 2-3 contractors I met Tal and Guy with Decor Builders.
We had a click from the 1st meeting and I felt I can trust them to execute the project for me.
They came for the 2nd meeting with a very detailed proposal and paid attention to every little detail I asked(I needed them to take care of rough and finish materials).
After 3 months that we remodeled the house completely- 2 bathrooms, kitchen, flooring and re-paint the house I can say with full confidence that I made the best decision I could have made.

Me in my wife lives in Florida and we owned a home in Sunnyvale. Our 10 years renters were about to finish their lease and we wanted to sell the house after they’ll move out.We came to the Bay Area in order to find a contractor that will help us to remodel the house so it will be attractive for the buyers. We interviewed 4 companies and then we met Tal and Guy with Decor Builders.
After we sold the house(1 month after we finished the remodel!) I can definitely say that was the best decision we could have made. Tal and Guy were attentive and creative and helped us to remodel our existing layout (3 bedrooms, 2 bath) in a way we didn’t even thought about.
They had great advices and even better solutions to maximize the existing layout to create open layout concept so our 1960 house will fit 2020. With all that being said our biggest concern was the fact we were most of the time in Florida and had to do it in a remote control. Tal and Guy made sure to manage the project in a spectacular way and help us get all the parts together! I would like to give them 5 stars for helping us getting this project done and made our house sale easy as possible.
