This company built my addition 8 years ago, nothing but heartache they did not measure the height correctly so my kitchen floor has a huge hump. My bedroom wall leaked and peeled the paint. Yes they fixed that, but is has started leaking again. We have had to hire someone to fix the subfloor where it became water damaged. They left a hole in my living room hardwood floor because they could not get the vent to fit in my addition. Plus there is a six inch gap in the doorway between by living room and addition which he just looked at and said hmm, I mean I can look into my crawl space from that crack. They have been back several times to fix my bathroom ceiling as it cracks all the way across, guess what it is still cracked, which tells me they cut corners on the sheet rock and it is not up to par. Oh and the floor where they cut a hole in my hardwood floor about 8 inches long and 6 inches wide we have had to nail down a piece of wood as a rat came in our house from our crawl space which you can also just look down and see if there was not a board there. He may be a nice person but he subcontracts out so beware. None of my new walls are level, you can put a finger between the back of my cabinets and the wall. I could go on and on. Beware of hiring this company I would not recommend. We are having to spend thousands of dollars to sell our house just in the addition to make it good enough to sell. We also developed termites in the addition not in the old part our house but what they put on. We also have a life guarantee which obviously they will not honor as I have called several times, left messages and no one contacts me back.
