It seemed it would be good. I had an oriental rug with a couple small stains to be cleaned and wrapped to be moved from Austin to Missouri. They came and got it, supposedly cleaned it, returned it wrapped on a cardboard tube and covered in plastic to its location in Austin. Then it was moved to Missouri.
It was a couple months before I unwrapped it and saw that it looked like it had never been cleaned. They had warned me that one particular stain did not come out, so I understood that. (It was just a tiny brown dot.) But the fringe on all four corners was quite yellowed, and for that matter, the entire carpet looked like it had not even been cleaned. I’m not saying it hadn’t, but if it was, it certainly was not looked at or spottreated because the four corners of the fringe are obvious dirt catchers, and they are white cotton, so I don’t understand why they are not clean. This rug that I thought would be beautiful in my home is an eyesore. Very disappointed.
