I would definitely NOT recommend this contractor to anyone. The owner, David Sullivan, did not live up to his timelines leaving us in a serious bind. His work was so shoddy that we ended up dismissing him from the contract and having someone fix the work he had done. 90% of the plumbing work he did had to be replaced, drywall had to be torn out to make repairs, he sent unsupervised high school students to install insulation (that also had to be fixed), and his drywall person was very slow - which we suspect had to do with his not being paid. Sullivan made numerous promises to work only to call on the day he was to show up with one excuse after another. He appears unable to manage his time or money and the quality of his work is poor.
