If I could give them zero stars I would. They took a 50% deposit for a custom baby gate that the owner said would take 1 week to build and would be installed within 2 weeks. It has been 3 months, our 50% deposit check has been cashed and we still don’t have a gate. The owner keeps saying next week, and when next week comes and goes he makes up another excuse and says next week. Looks like we will be taking them to small claims court. We have asked for our money back or the gate to be installed and now aren’t getting any responses from the owner. Terrible company!
