We hired Ron to build and install pull out shelves in our pantry and two under counter areas. He was referred to us by a neighbor and we saw his name on HomeAdvisor. He came to our home and took measurements. I showed him an existing pull out shelve in our kitchen that was well done and assured me he could replicate the quality. We were specific that we did not want to lose too much space and reiterated that expectation in a follow up email. Ron came out and I notice the drawers were not as wide as I thought. The pull outs are 30 inches wide versus 32. I requested 5 pull out which Ron made but he only installed 4. To take up the space on the each side of drawer, Ron attached 2.5 inch boards to the cabinet wall. The drawers looks awful! Very unprofessional, unfinished wood exposed and no trim. The cuts are not level in some areas. I expressed my dismay; he said he would have to remake the drawers but did not offer to do so. I told him this may not work but wanted my husband to see the work that evening. He also used plastic spacers in the undercounter drawers which I made him remove however he built up the sides there as well. I have made several attempts to contact him. Ron has refused to respond to emails or phone calls to rectify his work. DO NOT use this guy. Although disappointed in the work, we expected him to stand by his commitment.

I am revising my previous review. Ron returned and remade the shelves beautifully! We had a rocking start which can happen however he was considerate and profession without any reluctance to make the adjustments. Communication is very important in outlining your vision and expectations. I would remove my previous comments if I could. I was disappointed but now I am so happy with work that was done and very appreciated Ron's expertise.
