we hired Dejac Property management and did a full check of there insurence and license they are federaly license for HVAC (heating,ventalation,air condition) and residetial plumbing and electric through state of NY.They are NOT incoporated as the owner disolved his corporation several years back through state dept. ,but niether do they addvertise as a corp anymore either .We found there addvertisement in the local penny saver and they did a steel roof and 20'x16' addition to our local building code enforcers satisfaction aswell as ours, ALSO they were the cheapest price as they Garuntee,after we showed them three other qoutes and doing a back ground check on the lowest bidding company as Mr.DEjac requested to do on the lowest quote, that company NO NAMES had no liability insurence, he beat the other bids by 5% as he addvertises,we were very satisfied and would recommend, he also has an A+ rating from BBB and is not even a member and has been in Buissness for 23years with only 2 complaints which were with products not instalation which he rectafied with customer...all in all they are a good SMALL four man company who finished the job three days before schedule....GOOD JOB MR.DEJAC and CREW...the KETERS thank you
